    I recieved an e-mail stating that I was getting a refund via Paypal, but I didn't use pay pal to purchase the rack. I used my credit card. I need to clear this up. Who do I contact?

    Baja Rack has been working to send them all out as soon as possible. They have already sent out a lot of invoices so far today.

    If you dont have one yet, you get one by next week at the latest. They have all the invoices from us already.

    We sent all invoices via Paypal so when you paid by credit card it was through PayPal. You will see the refund back to your card.
