Touchdown is awesome.

 

I got him as a Companion during those missions.. I got the first flirt option.. not my type.. but cant get the max for some reason

 

Just keep doing things he likes and eventually he'll idolize you. Farming "likes" from the endless Minutemen quests is how I maxed out most of my companions. Almost all of them like it when you help people.

 

Gauss rifle with explosive damage FTW.

 

I don't think I've found a single explosive damage weapon yet

 

I've only found a handful in my....uhh, let's see, this is my fifth time through. Maybe a half-dozen or so in...prolly 150 levels total

 

I plan on hitting Level 100 before I consider starting over

I got to...I think level 28 on my first run, just learning the basic mechanics and how shit worked
Started over. Went Railroad. Played to...around level 60 and beat the main storyline.
Started over again. Went BoS. Played to 52, dicked around with combat types
Restarted again, played the Institute, got to...I think 56 or 57ish.
This time I'm doing Minutemen, followers, settlements, and just assorted fuckery. After this run I'll take a break....it's been basically nothing but FO4 since release and it's time to step away for a bit.

When I come back next it'll be a mod run.

 

100 or bust

So i just found and killed the courser that Virgil sent me after

Is there a way to make enemies using cloaking / stealth visible ?

 

Shoot at em or hit em with melee enough time and they become visible. I'm like level 60 now and I've only used one stealth boy in the whole game. Quite unsuccessfully I might add, against the deathclaw in the hospital.

 

Shoot them with a energy weapon, so they catch on fire too. Makes them real easy to hit after that.

 

I was using a Gauss rifle but he stayed cloaked until he croaked

 

I always use the shotty on coursers

 

I ran out of shotgun ammo fighting through the Gunners to get to the Courser

Damn. Looks like I need to step my settlement game up. My buildings are all rectangular haha. I really need to go fuck around Abernathy farm I guess. I only watched the first 13 mins. Does he ever say just how high you can go there?
