    Me: I'm looking for a base model with a rear locker
    Sales idiot: Nobody locks a Jeep, otherwise the top would get cut.
    Me: I was referring to a locking rear differential, you know, like on the Rubicon?
    Sales idiot: There is no such thing as a locking differential.
