(FEELER) What are the tackiest Tacoma mods in your opinion?

My bull bar/grille guard actually is on there for a reason...it's called DEER! I'd rather bend the bar then cave in the grille and hood if I happen to nail Bambi on our mountain road into town.

 

Not Tacoma specific and not necessarily a "mod", but since this thread seems to be as much about stuff people just don't like as anything, I figure it fits.

Almost anything "Restored". I don't care how much money you spent on it, if it isn't just like it came from the factory it isn't restored, it's REBUILT ya foo. There's a freakin difference.

 

My daughter calls them TaChromas.

The wife says this makes my truck look like a lil one mans truck but keeps my stuff dry and I like the look

 

Trucks with different vehicles rims on them like this one has Ford Mustang rims. It's common to see old Nissan or Toyota's with Escalade or Infinity rims on them it just looks wrong to me.

 

for me it's a Tri color car/truck and none of the color's is primer or bondo

I like LEDs but this is pretty much one of the tackiest/dumbest things I have seen on a Tacoma.

Not just on Tacomas, but if you black out your tail lights (tint them, put covers on them, paint them, etc.) go ahead and take pictures and send them to your insurance agent. You automatically became a public nuisance and a danger to traffic. Hopefully your agent will drop your policy because you're an idiot and you won't drive on public roads until you restore them back to stock.

Wheel bearing/ axle bearing failure in 3.................2......................1......................SHRIEK, GRIND, RUMBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Makes parking like an asshole, staying in your own lane and not fucking up your paint job impossible. Way up there on the stupid scale....looks really cool tho, like a Baja buggy. (sarcasm)

 

I'm definitely not a fan, but I hear this look is popular in Hawaii for some reason.
