    If you're sticking with cheap, buy diy bedliner kit and do the outside yourself. It's pretty damn easy and only ~$100 for a while kit. I've used the herculiner in the past and it worked great but was pretty grippy. Rustoleum with the foam/spongy roller might give a smoother finish. Just a thought!
