only 250 lbs heavier than my trailer.i would say it would be fine except I don't have any experience with the '16 taco.

Cheap pop up me and the wife got like 5 years ago, and works great to keep us off the ground and dry!

    Upgraded from a bed camper.

Now I love my Four Wheel Camper, at 700lbs, it's still easy to get anywhere.

Trowbocop, that's a sweet setup. Totally jealous! If I were single, that's exactly what I would have/do, but with the wife and Twins in my "tow package", I'm going to have to go with a travel trailer. Please send us more pics!

Love my runaway camper. Just big enough for the basics.

I wonder why @OZ-T, did it say?

You asked for it @NCjaybird! It's the perfect amount of space for my fiancee our two dogs and I. No kids anytime soon though!

Interior shot in 30 degree weather.

Mojave National Preserve- was so windy we had to sleep with the top down on the rollover twin. Didn't want to test the durability of the pop-up. Woke up to the layer of snow.

Just outside Sequoia National Park the other weekend.

Used it as a trailer for a photo shoot in Long Beach, had the models hang out in there with water and snacks- had the changing room out for them too.

This is right outside Zion National Park on the northern side. Wheeled for 1.5hrs around midnight, set up camp hearing a small trickle, woke up to this in the morning!

    South of Big Bear.

Wind resistance is the usual suspect even (especially) on small trailers. You could haul bigger with no worse mileage.

Thanks @jwctaco! Home is where you park it. Once we get married, we're leaving LA for a nomadic year all over the US & Canada, in search of where we'd like to settle down.

It didn't say , but I would speculate that because that model is designed to fit mostly older trucks that are no longer built perhaps they feel that market is satisfied with the amount of campers available 2nd hand etc and are concentrating on their models that fit trucks currently being built
