The mesh I got was from industrial metal supply for around $12. And then I traced the outline of my grille and then cut with a metal grinder.

Ok Soo another stupid question from a stupid highschooler... Toytec Boss lift (woot tax return) set a the 3 inch or whatever+ a 1 inch body lift (I don't think that too extreme)= 35"/15/10.50 tires? All that with total chaos ucas. Would that work or just look stupid?

The question is do you really need 35s? Unless your doing some really serious offroading or trail riding I would stick with 33s. Lot less work and problems then going with 35s. Plus you will have better mpg, dirvability(since you probably need a regear with 35s). And you wouldnt need the full 3" out of the lift so it will ride better. And you dont need a body lift.

Your going to need something for the rear too. And its best to just get a new leaf pack.

I guess If you got the money and you want to do it then go for it. Just 33s are a tad bit more practical I guess. There's alot of people that go alot of places with 33s on here.

It would look good with 33's still. 35s on a 15 inch rims with a body lift might look a little hickish if you ask me. But that's just my opinion. And like you said it will take alot of saving lol. You could save the money from the regear by going with 33's and buy better coilovers/leafpack.

I figured Toytec Boss was pretty decent. It comes with an A.L.L. But I was gonna buy a progressive A.l.l. Too. I'll probably just stick with 33"s and 3 inch. Gonna have to set it at 1.5 ish till I can get ucas.

I Have no experience with the boss coilovers so I couldnt help there on if there good or not. An aal isn't bad but most suggest on here to get a full new leaf pack as the all seem to start fading/sagging fairly quickly. Dakers are a good pack and are not that expensive. I have them and I like them alot.

Definitely look into it, I gotta get enough money together to get everything ordered anyway. Just one set at a time...

Yeah I have learned from being on here that save up for what you want to have in the long run. Cause other wise you buy 5 different thing and just spend more money. Save up for the good stuff and do it all right the first time.

For sure get the good stuff for sure, Toytec Boss is 1089$ for what I want anyway. Gonna get the total chaos ucas, with a diff drop and eventually all pro expedition springs or Dakar.

Personally I would save a little and get one of the name brand coilovers. But then agian those boss ones may be just as good. I would look into that for sure. And don't waste the money on the diff drop. Its general conscious on TW they dont really do anything. Some have cured diff vibes with them. But for now, I wouldn't get it. And as long as your not lift isnt very high you dont necessarily need UCA's. But they will help with alignment. You do need UCA's if you have extended travel coilover though.
