More details. Magnaflow sells so many options. Case length? Inlet/outlet setup?

Why would anyone put aftermarket exhaust on a V6? They're horrible sounding engines. If there is a muffler that would make it completely silent, that is the one I'd go with!

Why would anyone put aftermarket parts on their truck? Is stock not good enough? Personal preference and tastes..we could argue all day what one should and shouldn't do to their vehicles.

All the clips and in-person mufflers I've heard do sound like poop. I was hoping for just a bit more deeper tone.

That auto focus felt like being drunk and tripping on shrooms at the same time.

If someone is trying to compensate for deep rooted insecurities and they enjoy owning a truck that sounds like a fart can then they should go ahead and get aftermarket exhaust for that nasty little V6 .

I have the same opinion. You're never going to get a NA V6 to sound good, so why try.

Well, there are some exceptions (Nissan and Lotus both have nice sounding V6 ... and technically that Lotus V6 is actually a Toyota 2GR), but generally speaking those vehicles have exhaust that the engineers spent a *lot* of time tuning. Very few, if any, V6 sound good once the exhaust is uncorked though. I think the stock exhaust on the Tacoma actually has a decent tone to it as you ring it out in the upper RPM, but the aftermarket exhausts I've heard so far just make things kind of farty sounding. Not really surprised, because again, there are only a few V6's I think actually sound decent ...
