    The Chevy Colorado is also getting a duramax diesel. The ram 1500 got a 3.0L diesel option in 2014. Both around $40k+
    Some good choices out there.

    I like all those trucks. The reason I love toyota though is the huge aftermarket. It isn't quite as big for the other brands.

    Yea, my other hold back is that there are more inexpensive used camper options for a full size truck like a Ram or Ford. The Colorado and Canyon aren't. They're midsize. That's why I'm going that direction.

    just the idea of having a diesel in a midsize is the tease. wish i could do a full size but i just dont have the need or room for it, just yet maybe one day when i live in the mountains and grow a mountain beard and live in a log cabin. one day...

    Bummer!!!! Were urs mounte to te core support or to engine cage? Think maybe they came loose and bounced around causing cracks? Guess I'll hang on to the old lights too!

    Outward Hound is the one I have. Its pretty good I just dont use it. Theyre only about $20-30.
