    For what I use it for, the 4runner makes more sense.

    I'm living in downtown LA starting this summer. The runner is 3 feet shorter which doesn't seem like much until you try to park my truck downtown. I don't use the bed for hauling tall things so it has the same amount of space as a 4 runner with the seats laid down. I want a back seat for future reasons.

    4Runners are still great off road and I can still carry my tent on top. Really love the new ones.

    If you can find me a stock part, I may be willing to part with some aftermarket parts. I got quoted 14k for a direct trade in from Toyota. I thought that was low. I could probably take them up to 16 but still. I'm trying my luck on CL and other areas as well.

    It's possible then. I was trying to decide if it would get me more money if I sold off all parts, brought it to stock, and traded it in. Or I could try to sell it as is. I'm gonna wait for it to be listed for a while and if I get no hits, I'll start parting.

    definetly. if you do trade in, stock would likely be better. If you do private and get someonewho wants it for the mods, then keep it together
