Yeah man, if I go more than like 5 days without hitting the same muscle, I'll be a little sore (especially with legs and chest). I always try avoid doing the same workouts each week, so the muscles are always getting hit from a different angle, so I still get sore sometimes, but not often.

Some say not to workout if you're too sore b/c it's a sign that your muscles are still repairing, but I think as long as you're waiting at least 2 days between each muscle group, you're fine.

Embrace the soreness; it is your friend

Nah, mine is closed from the snow. Started last night and have about 9" already. Guess that means some snow wheeling is in order!

We got nothin here in town but a few inches on the mountain. Ended up trying to be a good guy and take a stranded hiker down the mountain and collided with my buddy (who was supposed to be meeting me) on his way up.

I tried to throw my truck into the ditch. The other side is about a 400 foot drop off. The road was solid ice from where people had been driving up it all morning. The front end made it into the ditch but the back end just slid. He swerved and his bumper ended up hitting my tire. No scratch on my truck - even the wheel. His bumper got bent in some, but it wasn't bad. Luckily I've got the DO bumper. If I was stock, my front bumper would have been destroyed when I slid into the ditch. Checked the damage, worked my way out of the ditch, and took the guy on down the mountain.

Moral of the story, don't be a good guy and do stuff for people, apparently.

My gym is surprisingly busy today. I thought I'd be the only one here.

Damn that sucks. I saw a few people struggling to get up the hills when I was out. Thought about stopping and giving them a pull, but I kept picturing me pulling their bumper off or something.

Just saw a Facebook post saying they shut down the road I was on about 2 hours ago. There are 7 trucks in the ditch on the way up the mountain now, apparently. Haha

STAHP IT. I don't want to do a 16 week cut again this year!!!
