Actuator wiring

This is the connector coming off of the actuator on my transfer case.

Can anyone identify the pins?

I couldn't find a wiring diagram anywhere

This might also help. Its a page from a my 1999 factory manual:


Note the "2x4 select motor" in the diagram. That should be your connector.

 

Damn it. None of those match the wires I have coming off the back of my connector.

This t case came out of a 96 4Runner.

Thought it should be the same though?

 

Umm, you guys disappoint me..... that plug is for:

 

The colors changed a bit over the years but the function is the same.

 

I sent you the wiring diagram for the pins. Top two are for the motor, you switch polarity to spin motor forward and backwards using a DPDT switch. Lower left is 2wd indicator, lower middle is 4wd indicator, lower right is ground for the indicator pins. As far as indicator for 2/4wd I wired mine up to lights since I went prerunner to 4wd. The 2wd / 4wd lights are wired to the relay power (87) and the TC closes the circuit depending on if the TC is 2 or 4 wd, thus the light illuminates.
