You're wasting your breathe, who do think grants the extortion? The law... It's cheaper to keep her. Seriously, it is.

*sigh* I've heard this so much since my divorce that I went out and got a vasectomy and vowed never to get married again.

Wish somebody would have told me "It's cheaper to keep her" 10 years ago. Or at least "It's better to forget her" before I got married.

Well I called that girl's insurance and she had told them that she had a stop sign and she had made a full stop! She also told them that my wife did not have a stop sign! The woman on the phone said she don't have the authority to confirm whether they will take responsibility but they will call me on Monday to confirm! I'm assuming that unless they find away around it being on private property they should be responsible!

Wow, sorry about your Taco. Nobody mentioned, but hope your wife is okay. My wife drove my Taco for the first few months until we got her car fixed. My wife is great, but fender benders seem to follow her; so luckily my Taco was okay.

Now OP, If this was my situation, I would be using the "MAN" card and rationalizing how a new STEEL bumper with a 10,000 lb winch with lights would be more cost effective compared to OEM Toyota parts and how much safer it would be. A new lift kit, tires and wheels also would have minimalized damage as the other girl's car would have slid underneath! Remember we are thinking about your wife's safety in the future!

So OP you see? There may be some silverlining in all of this.

My wife drives mine but then again, she's a solid 8+ and we have a girlfriend who is also a solid 8+. Although, when it comes to the girlfriend, being an 8 is fairly easy at 19.
