the truck is on Russel Branch Parkway, across from Top Golf. Thats where my work is too. I'd like to move my truck to my work parking lot. I think if I get off the bank that Im stuck in, I can get into the work parking lot. I get off work at 8am

@YakoFish do you kayak down in the burg. Lots of good spots on the Rapp. I'm usually there during the summer

So I drove into work on saturday, during the blizzard. Went from sudley, to 66, to 28.
Stock height truck did better than the one other vehicle (lifted jeep on 35s) he spun out out trying to be cool (driving 45mph) on 28.
    Whole time was in 4h/low

Factory tires grip well, was at 32 psi all around. Drove home last night around 6, made it there fine(4h). Drove back into work this morning, same route, was pretty well cleared. 4/h and 2wd at some points.

Winched out what looked like a Geo Metro right after you drove up the hill, he was going to try and make it down Russell Branch but got stuck about 40' from the intersection to Top Golf...winched him back up to the intersection and he limped back to the parking lot. Also winched out a lowered Honda Civic at the gas station who had high sided himself trying to get out.

Get off the roads if you do not have 4WD!

Cabin fever so I finally got out , did fine. Didn't really get to a spot I really wanted to go since I didn't have anyone with me just in case I ran into a situation. Used the scenery though

Finally dug out of the 30" that we got in Loudoun County. Lets just say I can confirm that this Taco is no joke in the snow. It was awesome.

Can't believe I am missing all of it. According to the GF my truck is completely under a drift and the complex has not started plowing an inch. Fucking work....

I have lived in the area all my life. 2010, 2011. It never changes... Jackasses with too much money and too little brains who think that it's another sunny day and get stuck and kill each other every time the impending white death descends from the sky. I usually do a couple laps in my truck around my neighborhood for a good laugh and to see the looks of awe at the "monster truck" that is braving the deadly conditions and then wait for everything to blow over.

I just hope we get one final storm at the end of February/beginning of March when I will finally be home again.

How deep of snow did you get through? Our road still is plowed and I'm curious if I could have made it. I tried for about a car length and the wife was giving me the eye, saying don't get stuck in the middle of the road blocking any plow from getting through. We also had about 30 inches here. Not confident that I'm going to get high centered, even with a lift and 33s.

I drove through just about 2' off snow some tracks slightly already through it so it was some what compacted in areas but i still had to ram through about 2-3' snowdrifts here and there took it like a champ and Im on 3" lift with 33's.

Thanks! Yeah I want to try it, but also don't want to be that jackass that gets stuck halfway down the street and then blocks the plow from eventually coming through. :frusty: I'm plowing through/pushing down at least a good 6" with my front skid, and that's still will some solid compact snow under the tires. Great looking truck BTW!
