I remember seeing some youtube videos with extra foam pieces. Think I was watching something related to the G2 model...but may see something there that answers the question.

Just ordered the Undercover Flex from AutoAnything. Price out the door including fed ex was $821. No tax charged either. Went with this one because it seemed to be the most waterproof from all of the reviews and posts. Most likely will not be installing until Saturday. Will let you know how it turns out.

First post, been watching for a few weeks, picked up 2016 DCOR two weeks ago. Checking out the Fibermax or F1, was wondering where the drain tubes route. Are there existing holes or is drilling required. Thanks

There are 3 drain holes in the bed. You have to make 2 of them bigger to fit the drain tubes.

Do you even have to use the drains?

You don't have to. I haven't tested it yet but it looks like a really good seal. I have not installed them yet.

Have to get some water in it and see how it seals up! Cause idk if im gonna use them or not, I got a oem bed mat and it covers those holes but still allows it to drain. Don't know if I want to drill out the drain holes just for those 2 drains......

Thanks for the heads up. How do you like the F1 so far? Think it is big difference from the Fibermax?

Anyone have experience with these covers? BakFlip hold up well for the long haul?

I like it so far. Got the F1 because it holds more weight and has longer warranty. Fibermax is the next step down. Everything I have seen is that it is a top notch cover. They changed the rail this year to re-attach and use the original rail and hold-downs.

@Sam B , how weatherproof is the F1? Is it fairly water tight? I know most tonneau cover manufacturer's mention that they aren't 100% waterproof, but some have to be better than others!

It appears weatherproof. Seals good around all edges. It's supposed to rain tomorrow afternoon otherwise I would have taken it to the carwash for a test. If it just drizzles then I'll be at the carwash on Sunday and report back.

Awesome. Thanks for the update. I'm about ready to pull the trigger and I think I'd prefer a folding type over a solid non-folder like cover like the Undercover SE.

Yea we had some rain. Slight leak in the corners at the cab end. Did not get a chance to see if it's the drain tubes or a different area.
