    Off Topic time.

This is how I spent my weekend. Towed a 5x8 fully enclosed trailer 380 miles. Trailer full of furniture, SUV full of 4 people, 2 dogs, suit cases, cooler, and more furniture. 13MPG all the way home.

HA! I give you the Mosquito Festival. Only in Texas. And I learned to waterski in a river alligators lived in. I didn't have to wrestle them though, cause I was smart enough not to fall down. Helluva incentive, that was.

    resfireman30, come home safe.

Still in NJ but a much nicer area. Monroe Township. I'm still renting while I watch the housing market come tumbling down, but this place would be worth buying. Small old house, really big new garage with a formal office, 2 new permanent sheds, and a massive paver patio with a 9 foot tall fire pit. The place is pretty freaking sweet.

The neighborhood is storybook and I'm the bad element. It's also 5 miles away from the shop that's been building my truck, so that's a plus.

Oh, and this will please you -- the truck's back in the shop. :D Pulling the fuel cell to ship it to Fuel Safe in Oregon for the internal bladder. In the meantime I'll be running a 22 gallon clear plastic Jazz cell. I should have the truck back with the new tank by the end of the week.

the house i recently moved into is badass as hell too. me and my room mate are "the bad element" in our neighborhood too. i dont know how many of you have heard of Bob Jones University but we live about a mile from it and the neighborhood is full of those Bob Jones Cult freaks. no drinking, no skirts above the ankle that kind of shit. our roof is litterally covered in beer cans cause we haven't gotten around to getting a ladder to get up there and get them off. My room mate has a Cutlass witha hood scoop the size of my body, a ducatti, a 81 silverado with no mufflers, a BMW 750 and a tahoe thats falling apart. my truc is also in the driveway and in the back yard we have an engine sitting on an engine puller and a transmission on the driveway leaking oil everywhere. so yeah, our neighbor hates us. oh yeah, and last night our huge tiki torch cook out got drunk and loud and interupted their bible meeting. i'd feel bad if they were normal Christians but since they are Bob Jones Freaks i dont feel bad at all interupting their lamb sacrafice or whatever the hell it is those people do...

we want to get the neighbors to move away. if you dont know anything about Bob Jones all you need to know is that they are pretty much a cult. even through college you cant date without a chapperone. so i figure the fastest way to empty the neighborhood would be to fly a big rainbow flag in our front yard. if they saw two young guys move in next door and a rainbow flag go up the next couple days i bet their house would be on the market so fast...

nd, just start blaring some black metal 24/7. The neighborhood will empty in a week guaranteed.
