So how difficult were they to install? Did you need to remove the seats? Mine should be in around Valentine's Day

The guys at the Wet Okole shop installed it for me (it's part of the price). But I watched them and it looked easy and they did it in 30 minutes (2 guys) and they didn't have to take out the seats

So two professionals from the their shop did it in 30 minutes, with out removing the seats..

    Translation

I'll need a full weekend, disassemble half the truck, loose parts and end up weeping and Knashing my teeth in the corner of the garage

    Perfect

Do you like the perforated inserts? I'm thinking about getting the same type of thing but not sure about the perforation or not.

I personally wouldn't get leather if it didn't have the perforations. I had it in my RSX for 10 years and loved it. Sat in someone's Cadillac without perforations and I wasn't a fan. Just my 2 cents

Wheels and tires make things complicated to understand. Looking at some package deals on fleabay but all the numbers confused me LOL

17x9 6x5.5 -12 Rims on Toyo Open Country AT II 265/70/17 tires.... Should fit stock SR suspension right?

I'm pretty sure I have read that tire size works...I think.... The rim numbers I'm lost on completely.

Hey PJC1183, I just bought that same grill you have at CustomCarGrills.com and bought the Toyota emblem as well, part# 75311-90K00. My question too is how exactly did you mount it on the grill, where or what part number did you buy/use for the screw or how did you mount it? I'm expecting to get the grill in the mail anytime now and just wanted to know your method or if you had any suggestions on maybe doing it a better way? Thanks

So Saturday, I lifted the Taco on a 2.5" front 1.5" rear lift kit and slapped on some BFG K02 285/70/17. Love the way the truck is coming along.

Derped the grill because paint chips on chrome plastic. I prepped correctly on the bezel and emblem; sanded, adhesion primer, multiple coats and still chipped on our first trip to Ocotillo. Plasti-dipped this weekend with a much stronger/thicker finish that should last until BAMF grill. Don't paint, derp!

Ah, i see. Main thing you get um! I have the same truck as you, dcsb sport 4x4. Did you take up those two extra holes with @JLee ?? I rather not have to do any drilling. I mean, we are paying for 100% bolt-on sliders...

I know you are running the SR8's......any chance you could take some more side shots of your truck? I have been waiting to get mine in the 17" for a month now and just want to see what they're going to look like. Good choice BTW. Matte Bronze FTW!!

it was the headliners glue that was making it stick then unstick super quick giving a noise and toyota replaced my entire headliner ($1400 part) under warranty

Nice way to start a monday morning!:mad:

I got my chrome caps color matched for around 200, so you can just get them repainted for around the same instead of dealing with insurance etc.

Yea. I'm not very happy about it. I'm sure I can just order new caps already painted from Toyota should I decide to.
