Well that's good. It sounds like even if she is lying (about stopping), that she has cornered herself as the one who did not yield the right of way. If you wife didn't have a stop sign, there is no reason for this girl to go (after theoretically stopping) until it is is clear and safe and there is not reason for your wife to stop. Private property or not, the ins. will hopefully see it that way.

I once got in an accident in Lincoln City, OR (small town) on the public streets when a dude ran a stop sign and T-boned me. Called the cops and they asked if anyone was hurt. I said "no", and they said "We don't send anyone out if there is nobody hurt". I said, " It is obvious what happened. The guy is admitting it. Can't you just come out and file a quick report". They said "We aren't in the insurance business." The lying 17 y/o punk driving daddy's car changed his story and cost me my deductible to fix it. All since the cops were too lazy to come out and give it a cursory glance, but of course I still had to file an accident report by law.

    Hell yeah I got played.

But for the record, I didn't "end up leaving" anybody. She left me. But if I'd have been around more bitter men saying things like that, I might have reconsidered marrying in the first place. And vasectomies don't rob you of your manhood, lol. Everything's still down there, body still produces testosterone as normal. The little soldiers just can't march. I see it as a benefit, because I'm just not nearly as marketable to most women. Which is fine by me. I gave the married life the ol' college try.

She moved out to go live with her new boyfriend, and I moved in two motorcycles and a Tacoma (2nd gen at that time). An even trade :)

But there is only one arrow missing so it must not matter much in accuracy.

I'm sure it varies among states, but I was in an accident involving an ignored stop sign in a Target parking lot, and the cops treated it the same as they would on a public road. Filled out an accident report, assigned fault to the person who ran the stop sign, etc, and then insurance treated it like they would any other accident as well.

Congrats I arrowed a doe 2 day after I picked up my taco. Did a last minute run to the ranch. Ended up shooting buck 2 weeks later. Both put fresh blood in the bed. Truck felt kinda lucky lol.

I tried that argument with the cop pulling private duty at the movie theater parking lot. He still gave me a ticket and the judge still made me pay it.

Here here! My sexy and awesome wife of 20 years refuses to drive my Tacoma since she has marred every other vehicle I've ever owned. Score!

This is the first new vehicle that I have bought off the lot, and it is my retirement vehicle gift to me (in 2 years). She told me that is exactly what she is afraid of doing.

All mine, mine, mine ...
