given the budget (and height of my garage door) it looks like i am going to be a TRD + wheels kind of guy.

hopefully, some of you have pictures of tires that are just a little wider, something to fill up the wheel wells better.

How low is your garage door?? I've got a three inch lift on my truck and I have plenty of room for the door and the opener over my truck....The antenna does hit the door on the way in...but that's going to change soon.

tallyman, i'm new here, how do i find your pictures?

my garage door is standard issue, a tacoma + 3" lift really fits under there?

i better get on Toyota's website to check the overall height of the truck!

I put 16 x 8 A/R Fuels with 265/75 16 Wrangler Duratracs and they fill the wells pretty nicelywith no lift.
But i am going to get a set of 5100 Billies in a few months.

265-70-17 The pics aren't so great but it like how it looks. I'm with Tally, I would love a 3 inch lift.

I have plenty of room left running a 3 inch lift on stock tires. I have a standard 16x7 door.

When I get my 33's I'll still have plenty of room.

i am in absolute shock that Tacomas are only 70" tall. i just stood next to the neighbor's truck and it's the same height as me.

    they sure LOOK bigger.

    great pics so far.

i'd like to get my wheels when i buy the truck, this way i can sell the stock wheels as new

Do you find that this size rubs at all? I am considering putting this size tire on my sport but am still on the fence.

I have a 6" lift and 35's and still fit inside standard garages!!! I still have a few inches to spare also. I have pics in my gallery of it in the garage.

no suspension mods here, though over time if you drink enough of them, you'll probably have to loosen up your belt a notch or two...
