I ended up on this long downhill near the end of the trail that had large rocks and steep angles. It had lots of vegetation and walls on both sides. Is that the same trail you were on?

It probably was the same area but where i got stuck was right before getting back on the main trail.Adrenaline rush it was for sure!Going to invest in some sliders when the wallet permits!Just another upgrade that's already been on my mod list!:D

    :pccoffee:..Morning Everyone,

Good luck with finding a place. It took us a while to find a place in South County. I suggest looking at places that may not be turn key ready, but have your necessities and do some home upgrades yourself. This helps to keep the sale price down and could add to negotiations in your favor. I am not sure of your financial situation, but there are a lot of loan options out there that allow you to include some of the upgrades into your loan. For some, its worth spending a little more a month on their mortgage and have new floors, kitchen etc..

    Cheers.

This. Fixer upper is what I went with. When I purchased escrow closed end of march, moved in first weekend of july. Its good if you don't have to pay rent, which I wasn't.

Ok so out of curiousity if you guys back track from "my" dead end, or Big Ron's location there is a triangle area. And right behind that is a weird turd looking area. Did you guys go on the more visible trail on the lower side of the pic or the less visible side on the upper side of the pic?

Can someone post the Anza info? I will make an event on the Trail Reports page. Also does anyone have pictures I can use for the header of the event? I've never been down there

IMO Irvine is over priced. Granted it is a very nice well kept community with great schools, however, comparably rated schools can be found in the surrounding cities. Best of luck in your future search!

Idk how you do that with the pics but you guys stayed main trail. I was talking to the other people with the tail end that had to do the last crazy part. It you follow the off shoot in this pic it either goes left or right. the larger open area at the split is where that picture with the pillar is.

I think Erik and I saw the dude in the Tundra and Pelfrybuilt guy on an incline to the right, which I believe is where the trail split and you and Ron went right. We were just prerunnin the main road. Halfway down Erik had an electrical issue and we had to stop and fix it. At that point, the guy with glass fenders, another dude and the white 3rd gen caught up to us and stopped with us. We saw them too at a higher point, but not sure where it is on the map. @4x4Banger

Well I guess I am going to have to wait for Bryan @TXpro4X4 to figure out which trail they took down.
