Lucky. It wouldn't be so bad... if we were better at cleaning up the streets and not causing highways to be closed.

After all the snow in the past week, I finally walked out of the house for the first time in 9 days. Surgery went OK....Then everything went to shit. A kindey stone that no one noticed decided to pass....which ripped open some of the insicion.....which led to a lot of bleeding than a secondary infection. So I just laid in a recliner, stayed wiped out on pain meds, and ate enough antibiotics to choke a horse. FINALLY started to feel human again on Friday afternoon. Still bleeding, still have a low grade fever (and with that, some infection) but actually had 2-1/2 days in a row where I feel BETTER than the day before.

Just got home from Urologist office visit. Still have slight infection (which I already knew, but they doubted me...silly doctor) New script for stronger antibiotic....waiting on pharmacy to call.

LBL has been marked on the callendar for a while now. The only thing (that I know of) that may throw a wrench in those plans is the grand total of all the doctor bills. I already know of just over $4000 worth, and I haven't got the bill from the surgery, nor the 2 ER visits. Insurance is picking up most of the tab, and I THINK I'm getting close to yearly dedutable.....Problem there is, a great deal of the bills were presented in Dec of 2015.....Now we're working on 2016.

At this point, I couldn't care any less how much the bill is....I just wanna feel better.

I think I finally saw you today. Passed you while you were in the turn lane to head to the daycare?

Any interest in a memorial day harlan trip? I never made it last year due to life circumstances but by far my favorite park, 10+ trips from chicago :)

Memorial day works out too well for me not to go. Arrive Friday morning leave Sunday morning?

I know Levi will be in...anyone else?

Glad you are getting healed up, if you did not meet your deductible in '15 you should try to get them to roll your 4th quarter bills to apply to your '16 deductible. Thats how our plan through my employer works and it is generally regarded as a crappy insurance plan.

Problem is, we changed insurance providers @ Jan 1. Doubtful I'd be able to get new company to pick up anything old one was responsible for, or vice versa.

I'm (almost) always up for a trip to Harlan! Memorial weekend may not work out so well though. Part of my job is to oversee operations of 2 pools. That's generally a busy weekend for me.

Just got the official word! Bonus checks will be direct deposited this Friday! So......Saturday morning, on the phone, ordering various new suspension goodies! Movin' on UP!

Got a couple TRD goodies that'll be called in early next week. Pay a couple doctor bills, then see if sliders are still in my future!

........Like a kid in a candy store!

Just move here. Kentucky is the only state I know of that doesn't have emissions tests.

I finally managed to dig and claw my way out our ex-logging road drive to get the the county road for the first time since the snow ended!
At least the county maintained gravel road is mostly clear due to the SKRECC trucks driving on it to get to the transformers that blew.
Can finally make it to Monticello tomorrow to do some shopping!
