oh yea and I finally tried some hard root beer. Not your father's- a bit too sweet. Coney Island- a bit too alcoholy, but I can live with that. Will continue to buy different ones till I find the perfect flavor. Or just start mixing vodka into some Barqs.

Anyone have the outside bed dimensions of a DCSB 1st Gen? Also the cab height from the bed rail. A 1st gen person wants to buy the Flippac. The inside dimensions work so far. The Flippac is not tapered like the bed, so I think it will fit well.

Google search only turned up inside dimensions.

From what I remember the side rails aren't much thicker than 2-3 inches at the MOST, as far as a lip. If the interior dimensions work, I would think you'd be fine. At the most extreme, it'll look like the older campers you see mounted up.

 

When you bring your vehicle in for your service, let your advisor know you already taken care of "so and so services". They'll only charge you for whatever else you need and the free multi point inspections.
