    It was in another guys truck, the seat does not latch into anything. It's just a hinge on one side and it rests on the floor hump.

    So you remove the latch? Just so you know (if you didn't) the stock seat has a latch that keeps it closed

    The rear seat bottoms in the double cab don't latch/lock. The rear seat backs keep them secured in place.
