(Above looks really nice so not to take away from that, but...) My wife and buy exclusively from second hand shops. PlayItAgainSports is pretty good. There's a place in Frisco called Recycled Sports that has CRAZY cheap deals on some pretty nice gear.

I have a set of 4-17" 2010 4Runner factory aluminum wheels, with center covers & lug nuts.

I was going to put them on Craig's List for $600+(?), but on TW I'll let them go for $400 plus shipping from 80524 -or- you can just come by Ft Collins & pick them up. It's about a 1/3 of Toyota wants for them & the picture is of the one in the worst condition. The carrier that is the least expensive is FedEx Ground. The boxes I have them in are 24x17x17. One weighs 60#, the other with the lug nuts weighs 64#.

IDK, whatever the factory design spec is. :notsure: I don't even know what the commercial product name is for these things. I originally bought them for a project that I reconsidered after getting them. I do know that they'll bolt right on & fit a 3rd gen 4Runner or 1st gen Taco provided you have a 3" lift.

I'll also throw this up here.

Are you missing any sockets? After cleaning out the tool box that was just re-homed, I had a drawer of spares, and spares of spares. Variety of brands, a small number of 1/4" drive, and the rest are 3/8" drive. May have a 1/2" drive or two. All are regular sockets, some short, some deep, no impact drive.

If you need a certain size replacement, let me know and I'll see what I have. After I go through them and check my sets I'll see if anyone wants whats left.

I actually got them from someone on the forum here with a 2015 who went with dakars in the back. They are the 4 leaf packs. As far as getting the tsb done from the dealership for your 2005, it still looks like thats quite a ways out.

what are they gona do if sumones spring breaks and goes thru the tank and by sum freal deal it catches fire and kills sumbody? don't they think it would be in their best intrest to fix the problems first, rather than get the 16s all done? who knows how long thatl take? I asked the guy at the dealer and he said he told them the same thing cause hes waiting too. I don't understand them. why don't they just up the production by several a day and a lot them to the tsb fix? dam companythanks for letting me know though.lol

Rumor is they made a lot of one spring (drivers or passengers) and forgot they were different per side.

I've also heard earliest is February and more likely March for spring recall.

the rear leaf recall, I think it does cover them alli got a paper about it in the mail, it said mine was in the recall. but they say the springs crack and break in front rite beside the fuel tank and poke a hole in the tank? mine wasn't cracked when they looked last week, but they did sayu I could go ahead and pay for them and theyd put em on, ? I don't get that if they can put them on if I pay why cant they do it for the recall? no sense.
