    Yeeeehaw!

I havent started looking but are there the similar options for the covers for the smaller sizes as well? I'm debating on 41L vs 51L. Its usually only me...

Better to ask what I have not done.
Get the 51 and put a beach towel on the bottom to take up the space. That what we do at elk camp.

It's really not worth getting the smaller size unless you can only fit it. The 51 is $450 and the 41 comes to around $410. That's how I'm looking at it

That's how I am too for what your paying I would rather have to much space then not enough.. Again just stick a blanket in it.

Sorry for this question as I know it was answered earlier, but which covers is everyone using for the 51? I ordered the 51 through my work a few days ago...:anonymous:

ckole showed how both the Smittybilt and Waeco one fits.

I personally think I'm going with the Smittybilt since it's currently cheaper and fits better. Downside is that it covers up the control panel when fuly closed.

Yes, it's the size is what I am debating over. Obviously I'd err on the 51, but dont want it to be too tall and annoy me every time I use it. It'll be in place of my rear passenger seat, mounted there, no slides. Need to make sure it does not make access to filling the water tank any harder, and its not too bad to reach stuff in there. I just need to take the time to compare the size to the cooler I usually use and that'll help.

Not to be an ass, but have they, TruckFridge; mentioned why they increased the price [of the TF51] by $50, damn near the exact same time this GB was established?

I have been watching these for a year or so and it just makes my wallet and frugal ass wonder of the timing.
and that damn Waeco cover doubled in price, someone is watching this GB section closely...... :spy:

Still going to buy it, great price and hard work done by @.45 JHP, but it is in the back of my mind when I bet months after this ends they lower the price back down.

EDIT: Not to discount @.45 JHP 's hard work, just something I thought I had seen, I may be wrong and quite possible.
The deal is still a killer deal, and I WILL be buying one regardless of my crazy thought of a different price.
As mentioned the shipped price and listed price here has been discussed, and that may be exactly where the difference came into play.

Maybe I've been looking too long and my mind is all fuzzy from the amount of money I am about to spend these next few months....

Has anyone noticed the message on Truckfridge's website about their coming out with new models this late summer? I am interested, but am not going to wait since this GB is here. I wonder if the increased pricing is part of their marketing strategy given the arrival of the new models?

I would take one of the new one over this because they are dual compartment so I could have icecream on the trail but I am impatient and don't want to waste a GB on something that will be a lot more.

Isn't there a small space that is like a freezer in these?
