It goes along the front bottom edge of the wind deflector with the bulb down to close off/minimize the small gap between the deflector and roof

Yes, you can get the normal defelctor, one with a 30" lightbar cutout or one with a 40"lightbar cutout.

What do your 3/4 racks for 5th gen runners look like. There is no pic on your site. Do they have a deflector?

I will be getting pictures up soon. Yes they have a deflector. They have a slight rise in the front to make the deflector more useful.

Is that the standard amount of crossbars. I am trying to decide on how many extras to order. My intentions are to not use a basket to carry smaller items like coolers and tools. Also can you mix standard and HD crossbars as I am not worried about my loading weight maxing out the crossbar

Standard racks come wth 6 bars so there are more than what is shown on the picture. I don't offer standard bars anymore just the HD ones.

I put a riser under my Flippac so I could have some internal tie down rails again and now I have plenty of space for a PDS rack on the cab. :taco:

One thing that I've always wanted to play with is the (EO)2 attachment system. Have any of you used it yet and what is your opinion about combining it with the roof rack?

I haven't used the EO2 system but have heard good things about it.

I have used it to mount a Pelican case to my Prinsu rack, and it worked great.
