That's great, sooner the better OP.

I have a question how many inches is the gap from tonneau cover/bed cap to the bar. Because I want mine closer to the tonneau cover as possible if there is height adjustment that's even better.

They are height adjustable to two heights right now.. Chad might be making them 3 slots instead now

The other side of the bracket where the holes are for securing it. Does it have one or two?

    Yep.

The new design doesn't exist yet. I've been too swamped to do anything with it yet, but business has been slow, so I'm not in a hurry either.

I opened up the other box just now. Everything is very well packaged and wrapped (pic added of one end). All pieces are in perfect shape with no damage. They are much more heavy duty than I expected. I'm hoping to get the bed rails and hi rise bars on this week. I have a little issue with my tonneau (one hinge broke) but I'll get it all together and on ASAP and display my new sticker. Also Chad I think you forgot the bottle opener ;) which is fine. I'll add one on to my next order whatever that may be.

Your bottle opener is wrapped up in bubble wrap. It's taped to one end of the side rail caps. It might actually be in that picture.

Make sure you give that opener a workout.
