    Yeah, upgrading the walls is killing me. I am ready to go to TH9, but I will get slaughtered (worse than I am now) if I don't get my walls done first.

    I think with the introduction of earthquake spells, walls are not as important as they used to be. 4 EQ spells opens up a massive hole regardless of what level you're at (unless you have max walls).

    That's why I'm doing it! I've got maybe a little over a third of my walls upgraded to their current maximum. Takes forever at 200k a shot! :laugh:

    Im working on getting all level 9 walls right now, and the only reason I am doing that is to keep from having too much gold or elixir while I upgrade my heroes. Otherwise I would be a big target while I get my king and queen up high enough.

    4 EQ spells will destroy max walls also. Walls still have their place because EQ spells have a range. I try to set up my base so one group of EQ won't open it up to the point where it's crippled and the attacker will still be forced to try and break at least one row of walls with his army. Plus, if you get someone who doesn't have EQ spells, if they lose their wall breakers before they break the outside wall, it's hilarious to watch them waste an entire army and not even breach the outer wall. Walls are still important in my opinion.
    I would love it if my walls were back to 200k a pop!
    I'm a 3 mil a pop.

    I see them also, those are actually the bases I target more frequently. I know my army will work through the base faster so I have a better chance of cleaning the base out, even with higher level defenses. :D
