thanks for sharing. I've been wondering what can happen if there was a bad LED. I have been noticing my interior LED's flickering a bit here and there. hopefully it doesn't short anything out.

Which LED's did you put in? I find the ones from super bring LED's are much nicer quality than the "kit" bought on Amazon.

They were from super bright. I had another set from xenondepot, that I was going to use for turn signals so used them.

2 of my vanity lights flickered from the kit...they are goofy and lower quality than the ones from super bright. I'm sure most people will say theirs are fine, just my experience.

It was the brake. I hadn't got around to putting in the turn signals. Both are 7443s.

Pretty much. But imagine when all the Buicks and Mini-vans take on this feature. No more getting stuck behind someone that rides the brakes and you never know if they are actually stopping or not. It's like driving without brake lights. Can't stand that.

That 2nd gen? Didn't they come factory LED brake lights? I am familiar with the argument about changing out OEM and taking a risk. But isn't that what this thread is about? Making modifications to factory product.

For some things sure, But for some I guess its like watching those funny video's that show you what not to do to your self. somebody's got to test it out I guess.

Husky Weatherbeaters installed today. Perfect fit and is a much better compound than the stock rubber mats. Great investment @ $85 shipped.

forty2: I don't have my 2016 yet, could you tell me where that location is in your truck? I got the ctmka12 in a recent group buy. The footprint is a bit different than yours, but it looks like the space you found would be accommodating.
