YES! Definitely on the roadmap for me. Details on the mounting hardware and how you plan to wire it?

 

It's between the air box and the firewall on the passenger side, I think some trucks have their ABS located there. I made a little mount from some scrap 16 ga steel and attached it to three existing unused 8mm studs.

On board air compressor, used primarily for filling up volleyballs, sex dolls and such. Also can occasionally be used for refilling tires and activating air lockers.

 

There's three unused 8mm studs there on top of the wheel well, just made a mount from 16 ga sheet that hit the studs and bolted it all together. Still waiting on Toyota style switch to arrive but it will go between the BSM and backup monitor switches on the lower center panel. No air locker for the time being.

I was going to get a custom plate number as well but they told me it would take 6-8 weeks... And my first 3 choices were already taken of course... So this was next in line..



Also I went to AutoZone to check out some frames... But most of the nicer frames didn't fit on the truck.... Too tall... So got a basic one for now.

 

I plan to get a Vet plate too but ours aren't as spiffy as that one. Sharp!

6-8 months is absolute bullshit. Toyota does allocations twice a month and each cycle will have a set number of MT trucks for each region. When trucks are allocated they are 1-2 months out, predicting a BS number so far past that is a tactic to get you into a truck you don't want so they can make a sale right now. Take your money elsewhere.
