As far as shipping goes. These arent like a full welded baja rack, or a big plate bumper so they don't require freight. They ship in a box that is 65 x 7 x 7 and typically weighs about 40 lbs via UPS ground ($45-65 depending on location).

I can typically fit 2 standard racks with no extra crossbars in one box. and save a little so instead of someone two people in Colorado paying $45/each they would pay $75 total. I am open to doing this with people as long as the orders are placed together on one invoice and they sort out payment between each other and decide who will receive the parcel.

I can look into freight shipping but it likely isn't going to save much unless there are 8-10 people all splitting the cost of the pallet, especially since I then have to build pallets and arrange for pickup and delivery of the bigger pallets vs small boxes that the standard UPS truck can pick up.

My local fastenal has been good in the past but they now require all insured shipments to be fully enclosed in a crate (again more prep time and materials cost for me).

When we did the install we found that the front and middle holes are pretty solid. They are right near some interior bracing. The rear holes however are not as strong cause they are just on the sheet metal.

I told @Cohbsteq that I probably wouldn't put a roof top tent up there if it where me. You might get away with it but it would be risky. Anything else you should reasonably have up there though should be fine (kayaks, peilcan case with gear in it, snowboards, bikes, skis, etc)

Since I have no way of telling how much the sheet metal roof can handle on that model I can't give you a specific number.
