    Anyone here swapped the tundra breaks onto their first gen? Another tw member wants to swap his trundra calipers for stock first gen ones. I've never done this kind of work before so any guidance is appreciated. I've read the how to's on tw so at least I have a basic idea of what's going on.

    Take old calipers and rotors off. Cut dust shield, install Tundra calipers and rotors, bleed and enjoy functional brakes. haha

    It really is that straight forward though as long as you're not replacing brake lines or anything. The bolt right up to the spindles and only a small portion of the dust shield at the top and bottom needs to be cut.

    Every builder looks to have separate models for the two revisions of 2nd Gen so fit would be weird for sure on an '09. This one is certainly made to go with the newer grill and headlights.
