Wired in my promotional freebie Baja Designs bumper lights today. CRAZY bright. Brighter than my headlights. They're the Squadron-R Pro series, ordered some amber covers to dull them down for possible street use. @Baja Designs

What ever it takes! ...speaking of which, I may need you to bend me some tube. Local shop has had my parts for too long and I'm about to go pick em up if they don't come through soon.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
Messed with my alignment cams. Had been pulling right a bit. Holds straight now and inclinometer app shows camber is ok. When i get to work in morning will check for signs of wear since I didn't redo toe.

Well, that certainly illustrates the diversity of the word.

These videos are pretty helpful. The first time I did mine I rented a spring compressor. That method was pretty sketchy. I used the "floor jack method" shown above the next time. It seems much safer, and was considerably easier.

You may not need to trim anything for 33s. Depends on where your wheel sits in the wheel well. Wheel backspacing, wheel width and how much caster you run will contribute to this. I ran a 16x8 -12mm offset 4.5 bs wheel with 285/75/16 (33") with stock front bumper and fenders and only had to trim just the corners of the plastic flare. I then put on a high clearance front bumper, fiberglass fenders and 1 1/2" spacers and didn't have to trim anything else. It wasn't until I went to 35s that I needed to cut some of the cab mount but very minimal at that. Then once I jacked up my alignment real bad my tires were all kinds of up in my body and cab mount and I had to beat some more and cut some more to be able to continue off roading.

Soooo who will be free in memphis in 2 weekends? Need to fix my struts and throw in some new alignment cams because mine are seized I believe. Pretty sure that's why they could only get me ".08" caster.

Nice! did you use a switch that turns it off when the hood closes?

No, I had one but I couldnt get it adjusted right and i gave up pretty quick. Kept it simple with a lighted rocker switch in one of the factory switch blanks

I haven't tried mine out yet but the 10k is twice the GVWR for our truck. Seems like I read that you should try for 2xGVWR. I think Gid and Kurt run the 10K, @mwc273 just got the 12K fir his DCLB but I doubt there is too much difference in LB vs SB. Hope this is helpful, kinda tired :violent:
