Fallout 4

I watch Football, Golf and Hockey. In that order.
Speed doesn't necessarily equal entertaining or exciting for me. I can't stand basketball and it is plenty fast.

 

Everybody likes what they like , its all cool but for me with football , I can't deal with the 4 seconds of actual play followed by 3 minutes of talking about said 4 seconds of play / repeat

Lots of people would say F1 is boring to watch , I find it facinating

I like that hockey just keeps moving

 

Can't you just craft everything into food or do they still consume it ?

 

I was storing it until I crafted it. I would normally only craft it for some specific use. That's how I found out it disappeared if left in the bin as raw meat. I tossed it all in there with the idea that, if I got a quest someplace that a food would be a nice addition to use for, I'd just hop to the nearest settlement and cook it up.

So now, I've taken it out now, and will travel home to cook

 

Did you craft food at a different but linked settlement ?

 

I hadn't yet.

I was about to, that's how I found it out.

I got a side quest that was gonna need a bit of rad resists over and above the normal Rad-x levels, but prolly not enough to bust out the lead power armor, so I hopped over to a nearby settlement to whip up some cakes. But I that was my first time in this playthrough....till now, I had been storing it raw.

I got there and almost all my raw meats had disappeared. (linked settlement)

I travelled back to my home base immediately and pulled out what remained.

 

I was reading a bit , apparently settlers will eat food stored in your workshop / cooking station if you haven't provided enough food for them in the settlement , this applies to all settlements that are linked because they share food

 

Which makes sense....several of them are getting to the point of a second building visit

(When I do an initial build of a settlement, I'll do like 10 food & beds, 12 water, 100 defense, a radio beacon & genny, and then let it go until it needs more stuff)

 

I dont watch F1 but I love MotoGP so I can relate.

 

Havent played this game in a while. Debating a restart finally, although id really hate to lose all my awesome weapons/buildings/bobbleheads/magazines.

Suppose thats part of the fun in finding everything again though. I may give that "keep everyone happy" ending a try.

Is there any word about dlc yet? I havent been following this thread too much.

 

Ok I stumbled on the secret room in diamond city while jet packing around after I killed the mayor and some guards. Piper showed up with a brahmin (she's one of my provisioners) and started attacking me after I stole from the deceased mayor

 

Ya know you don't have to 'lose' anything, right? You can just start a new game and make that a separate set of saves and the old ones can stay there waiting for you

 

Damn I must've hit a nerve, not losing sleep over it.

 

How far in the game are you OP?

 

Lv 62 in the station to meet nick. I haven't played in about 3 weeks

 

She attacked me when I stole from him as well, but she was already at the Mayors office banging on his door when I got there

 

The first time Piper attacked me it was when I failed to pick a door lock at Covenant and the settlers attacked me for it .

I guess she really , really doesn't like theft

Which is weird because I always get a " Piper Liked That " everytime I pick any other lock with her around

 

I think it's a question of owned vs un-owned with her, IIRC

 

You guys with consoles, can you open up the command prompt and set ownership for items?

 

Yeah, I left that part out. The funny part was the provisioner brahmin stuck in the mayors office lol
