    and since it's LED I shouldn't have to worry about it going out for awhile. I guess I just got used to not seeing the light and ignored it was there :notsure:

    I literally just went and bought a 74 bulb and the flat piece was too small compared to the stock one and it sat very loose in there! It won't work with the socket!

    If you are asking about Washington State, then yes, but it depends on where you live. Emissions testing is required in the large population centers of Spokane and Seattle/Tacoma/Everett.

    In the rural areas, no testing is required.
