Sooner or later, Van Gaal is gone. Most likely before the end of the season. I think that's a "done deal". As far as who replaces him, that's definitely up in the air. Especially with Guardiola leaving Bayern at the end of the season. I don't think he's said where he is going, so everything is just rumors. But wouldn't be surprised if he was going to Man U.

 

LVG is gone, but I don't think the special one tactics will fit ManU that well. Guardiola is said to take over at ManCity and Ancelotti with Bayern next season is up in the air, Ryan Gigs is said to quit ManU to get experience somewhere else so will see

They have a young kid from Scotland called Gauld. I was happy he went to Sporting instead of a Premier league side. Sporting have a great record of molding youngsters into great players. Did a wonderful job with Dier.

Yeah man! Know exactly who he is! He's playing for our B team right now as part of his developmental process. He's played for the A team a few times in competitions like the Portuguese Cup and the League Cup, to get some playing time with the main squad. Dier was a good example of our academy. Not to brag, but I think it's a fact that we have one of the best youth academies in Europe. We produced Luis Figo (Ballon D'Or winner) and CR7 (Ballon D'or Winner), along with a bunch of other great players, so I think that speaks volumes. Our problem is we have had some bad presidents in charge recently, that drove our "brand" down the drain and the club almost into bankruptcy, so we're trying to build all of that back up. But because of that, we can't seem to hold onto some of our "pearls" from the academy too long. Can't really pay them the big bucks to stick around. But hopefully things will change!

I think depends on whether Sir Alex Ferguson likes/wants him or not. I think they have a good relationship, so you never know.
