Anyone know how to take out the OEM button? I picked up one of these.

I didn't know people were having issues with led. I changed out my interior lights and the plate lights to LEDs. Hopefully that won't cause an issue.

Question... Looking down in the grille, are these wire connection plug things on top and bottom there for fog lights? Something else?

My truck didn't come with fog lights, so I'm guessing that's why nothing is plugged into them...

    Yep. Fog light wires

Wish i can help but my button I ordered hasn't been delivered yet. From my understanding the TRD button isn't compatible with the taco. You would only be changing the face of the button.

This is a stupid thing to say. It had nothing to do with me knowing what I was doing it was a defective part. I can't control what happens on an assembly line. Hell some of the people on here have not even read their owners manual. If they had there wouldn't be so many questions about start up screen images, unlocking doors, the noise the truck makes after being shut off for five hours. Etc. etc. etc. People put 3" lifts on their trucks and never leave pavement. Because they like the look and they can. I thought this was about helping each other out. If folks do a mod and it screws up and they bitch about it here, and someone gives them a solution to the problem. Isn't that a good thing?:crapstorm: Now to more important things. Will one of you rocket scientist invent an adapter for the oil filter so i can use a spin on. I need to change my oil every time I fill up with premium gasoline. Wait I have to go. My dealer is calling me. My muffler bearings are in. They are going to install them while they change my points and condenser. Vroom! Vroom!

After being dormant on this site (was a tundra guy for two years) I'm proud to say I just put in an order for a DC TRD Offroad (unfortunately a manual tranny would take months to get in so I got an auto) pics to come in in hopefully two weeks or so!

I quickly washed my truck today. Why would I post that? Because it is the first time I have been able to due to being busy, and crappy weather since I got it in October.

I was thinking about it but decided not because I could always take this along when we take out the bikes and atv's.

Is Smugly banned? Is this the comment that got him that way?
