Ok, so just EAF. Now how about color, size, and shape?

Can we just do it EAF with no circle or anything? My whole headliner is going to be covered in circled patches :D

Desert Tan will be fine. Any other suggestions?

It doesn't have to be a circle, or are you just concerned about them being outlined?

I can do a heat cut edge, meaning there won't be a stitched border, but I don't think that looks as nice. I could match the border thread color to the background color.

I'm meaning is it possible just to have the word EAF as a patch with no circle around it just the letters

I see said the blind man. Interesting thought.

How about 3D letters in tan, with a black border? Like the picture below, just switch the green for desert tan.

Sounds good to me. I think it'll look good instead of having all round or oval patches through in some like this so mix it up some

I'm good with that. I have a couple other patches that I want to send off so I'll work on this one tonight, just have to find the right font.

Whether it's 3D or flat will depend on the price, but it will just be the letters either way.

I'm assuming we want to stick with a square bold font, right?

I thought it would be different and cooler instead of having all the same shaped patches. Now I'm interested to see it done
