So lately, work has been a little slow here at KMF. Slider orders are pretty much caught up, so I've been doing some major facelifting/mod overhauls to the official KMF trail rig, mainly in the form of new body armor!image.jpgimage.jpg
Custom tube fenders with 1/8" side armor plating. Tube designs were drawn up on the Bend-tec Pro software and bent on hydraulic JD2 model 3, which made very quick work of the job! A set of oval semi-trailer taillights give the new armor a very slick look (I think :)). image.jpgimage.jpg
Also, a redesign of the existing XRC tiregate was in dire need to match the new armor! The result;image.jpg
image.jpg The newly redesigned gate now has room for the Trailgear recovery gear bag, a 5 gal Jerry Can, trail hatchet, Hilift mount, magnet-base CB antenna mount, as well as an LED lit license plate mount.
