Anyone have 3 car seat in the back of a double cab? Currently have a 1 yr old in a rear facing car seat and a 6 yr old in a booster seat but baby #3 is due next month.

    The car seat?
It is the Diono - Rainier.
Great seat. Just put the one I had in for Thing 1 the other day and there is no comparison to the Diono. The cost of safety comes at a price.

    This?

Diono Rainier Convertible plus Booster with Adjustable Head Support, Shadow https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ISS2S6A/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_0g6gwbXC4MKTQ

Other Diono models seems to be about same price $258+.

I just care anout: Safety and that it fits comfortably and leaves max room in back area for DC taco

Congrats, I cannot speak from experience but my research has found this to be a good slimmer seat, they advertise being able to go three wide. Can someone that has experience chime in?

    That is the one.
It does seem to give more room than the others I have used (Graco, Britax-Marathon)

I'll have 3 in the back seat any day now. Already have a booster and a convertible Diono carseat in the back and will be having a new addition any day now. Going to be a tight fight.

    http://blogs.babycenter.com/product...car-seats-that-fit-3-across-in-most-vehicles/

I fit three across in the back of my double cab. With the infant seat it will be tighter for my wife for the first 6-9 months, but once he gets into a convertible we will be ok. Also will help when my daughter moves from the convertible to a booster like my 5 year old.

Yes, I am 6'5" and could still sit in the passenger seat. I wouldn't want to go cross-country, but others (6 feet and down) have plenty of legroom.

Thanks everybody for the feedback. I ended up going with the Diono Rainier. I'm only 5'7 but with the EvenFlo Symphony seat we had to move her behind the passenger seat and move the seat all the way up to give her leg room.
