So the same thing that has happened to Oz with Piper just happened to me with Deacon. The "Send Settler to..." screen popped up and I cancelled it and next thing you know I'm getting a shotgun to my back.

 

Yea i know that. Just the restarting after having found everything makes it hard to come over in my mind, haha

 

Yeah , theres a serious bug there

 

When I destroyed the railroad I had to kill Deacon twice. He got back up with full health the first time I killed him and started to walk away lol next thing I knew he was shooting me again

 

I fast traveled back to the Island, found out he was still at the location where he shot me. Fast traveled back there. Heard a man scream and die. Pulled up my map to find out where he was, He was back at the RR HQ. Fast traveled to the HQ. HE woke up out of bed and shot at me so I murdered them all with my green lightsaber and loaded an older save.

 

I want a lightsaber

 

You can just sleep or wait 24 hours and they're no longer hostile , at least thats what I've found

I also realized my provisioner at Spectacle Island is just in the middle of the ocean just treading water. Every once in awhile the pack Brahmin will shoot into the air like 100ft and fall back in the water. It doesn't bother me because it's still showing as link when I check my map.

 

I actually don't use the Vader set. The lighting is off so most of the time it looks faded/gray. The light saber kicks ass though. The sound effects are on point.

 

I watched my provisioner walk into the water at Spectacle Island and watched him swim till he was outta sight

I gave him a rad suit

 

I just use Hancock for the trade route between castle and spectacle. He can't permanently die and he's naturally rad resistant

 

I haven't used him as a companion yet

Another good idea for a provisioner to Spectacle would be one of the Mr Handy's from Greygarden , they would just fly over the water

 

I have a ghoul do it. Aren't they immune to radiation?
