This might not work since your headlights are both high and low beam. Also when you pull the column back the high beams are supposed to flash on until you release the column.

That one's very confusing to look at for me. I'll trust the factory service manual lol, it's a lot easier to read

How so? It's pretty much the exact same setup as the fsm shows, just the relay is after the fuse instead of before, all the wiring is exactly the same. Hi/lo beam wires still go to the same spot then the red/white wire comes from the relay and goes to the column

You might need to draw it all out, all the wires coming out of the head lights and where they go, all the way to the column. Then figure out where to cut to replace with the Jegs one.

How many wires come out of lights and where they go...etc.

Can't you move the relay back to where it was?

Yeah that's what I've been trying to do

Not really, the issue that I'm running into is that in the factory setup the headlight fuse has no power going to it but with this JEGS setup the headlight wire has power. So the relay setup doesn't work with the factory setup, so I'm thinking bypass the no power fuse issue and just throw the relay on the other end like the diagram I drew. It gets constant power and the wires are wired how they are supposed to be like the fsm shows

In no way am I trying to sound like a dick lol, I'm trying to understand all of this myself as well.

If this helps, this is the best I could do to draw up the issue I was running into. Since the the fuse is hot, I can't run that headlight wire from the relay to the non power fuse the fsm calls for. There isnt a way to connect the wires properly with this setup I'm running into. SO, eliminate the constant power the relay calls for in the fsm and use the headlight switch power coming from the fuse box as the constant power and then wire accordingly

Oh I know lol, don't remember where I saw that, but I think I labeled that one wrong. Eventually the headlights ground through the column group

I think it was a general 3 prong light diagram that I saw, but toyota has their ground differently than domestic vehicles do.so I really shouldn't label that as ground

well I do believe I found out what was causing my wiring issues...the headlight control switch looks like it has bad connections. I can move the wires around and hear the relays kick on and off and the headlights will flicker on and off when the headlight switch is in the on position
