hopefully, oh and that is with the new wiring setup I thought of as well. debating whether to pull it off and put new connections on or spend the money and get a new one

well looks like that switch is fucked, I tried splicing new wires onto it and I guess its more than just the wires that are f'd, tails and heads aren't working now. but there's a guy over in Pensacola that looks like he's got one that I can snag to just replace the whole thing. It'll just be easier instead of messing with wires again. I think it was time to replace them anyways lol

 

I swear I Thought I mentioned the switch thing right after you did but I never hit post.

 

I never really thought about the switch being bad. Now that I ruled out the actual wiring now that it's correct, that's when I discovered the wires for the switch was bad

 

Oh man...there's a guy over in pensacola that has that switch I wanted....but then I forgot he said he had a cab too....he wants $300 for the cab, frame, springs, flat bed, and it also has a power steering push pull from what he said. The cab looked better than mine does from the one picture that he showed me of the switch

 

for 300 bucks, might as well buy that too

I really hate my mother inlaw. Anyone else here really can't stand a inlaw. Kasie loves my parents but I can't say the same about her mom

 

What do you guys think? The only thing is the cab does not have the core support but I suppose I could cut my current core support out and weld it to the new cab

Apparently you haven't seen what my cab looks like. Shits rusted apart like crazy, this is just the passenger side, the driver side is worse
