I found a couple other ones, I forget what year your Runner is. If you have an 00-02 there is the Andy Mod.

Yes....my 4Runner is a 2000. Now I've heard of the Andy mod...don't know what it is or does...but I've heard of it.

What FoCo? I lived in Colorado Spring when I was in the Army. Lived there for a year 1/2. Never went that far north though. Think Denver was about the farthest I ever went. Although we did go see where they make Coors Beer!

FoCo is Fort Collins which is 30 minutes north of Greeley. Colorado State University is located in FoCo, but their downtown area is pretty cool. Definitely worth a day trip up there if she gets the time. I am 2 hours West of CO Springs.

    Andy Mod disables TRAC/VSC

    Turn ABS off
    Only takes 20 min... lol

The blue wire is to have the locker on in 2wd. Better donuts. You have to have a rear locker to do this though.

The yellow wire is to turn off abs. Both are for "off road" I have had ABS almost send me over a cliff.

Thanks Vince...I'm really thinking about going with her. Have you ever eaten at Nordy...it's a BBQ place there in Greeley? That's good food!

We might for up the FoCo and check them out. We always go south...just because that's what I know. I've taken her to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls. She doesn't ski...so we never been up in the mountains. If you can think of particular thinks to see or do or eat at up in FoCo...PM me and let me know. We'll have a full Saturday to goof off up there. Thanks a lot. We were trying to thing of what to do this time...this sounds great!

Oh okay. If I can find out how the ECT power button is wired I am going to do the ABS mod tomorrow.

I grew up in Boulder and went to College in Fort Collins. Lots of cool places to go up there. 15ish breweries in Fort Collins.

I have a buddy who lives in Greeley right now and I will check with him and see if there is anything he would recommend up there. Pikes Peaks and Garden of Gods are great places to check out.

Thank you Sir for the links. I love to read. Once I fully understand what this does and how all this works...I'm diffienitly going to do this.

I have a e-locker axle with everything to do the instal out in the shop. Just need to swap it in. I think I'm going to do this , this spring. Been putting it off way to long.
Hey if you know of any cool sightseeing things to do around FoCo...or an awesome place to eat...please PM me and let us know. Wife doesn't drink...so I'd assume to stay out of breweries...thanks though!

Yeah...it took 3 tries to get my wife up on Pikes Peaks...lol! She kept getting scared...thinking we were going to fall off the road and die. Haven't even tried the Royal Gorge.

They paved the entire road...which was disappointing when I went up it. Wanted some dirt action. I take it she wouldn't like going up Independce Oass?

They paved all that?? Yeah...I doubt she will go up there. Be awesome if I could have my 4Runner out there for the week...no way I'm driving that far though.

She absolutely loves the view...just getting there. To get her up on Pikes Peak, I had her lay in the back seat of the rental car and I put a blanket over her head and talked to her about anything except what was going on out the windows..hahah!

Just make sure that your gear ratios are the same if you are swapping axles!!

I will see if I can come up with a good list. The "A Trail" in foco is cool.

You staying on the front range or driving around the state at all?
Honestly, the royal gorge is more of a tourist trap than advertised. It looks like a six flags amusement park. Not saying it isn't cool, but Colorado has way cooler stuff to check out.

Vince, independence is closed isn't it?

It is paved all the way to the top now. The views are beautiful up there, but at least you figured out a way to get her up there.

It is, that picture was the day before they closed it. I got bored one day and went up there, didn't realize it would close the next day. I want to do up Cottonwood Pass once it opens back up.

That is too funny. I was going to fruita that day and I either had to go independence or blue mesa. I decided blue mesa and there was a 4 car accident on independence then it closed for the season. Crazy. Lol

Cottonwood is neat. You should do tincup. Make it a loop. You could do it in a day, but 2 days make it more enjoyable.

Crazy! That was my first time up there, pretty cool drive. Almost saw a WRX racing up the switchbacks take out a few mountain goats.
