Oil change is at 10K intervals only. But should have rotated the tires.

My paperwork says they completed a synthetic oil and filter change. The book says oil and filter change with tire rotation at 5000

What? I got a BRIEFING from a service guy and signed a paper to let me know it was a 10K synthetic oil change. WTF?!?

10K under normal driving conditions. 5K under tougher conditions... i.e. lots of short trips.

First oil change is supposed to be at 5000 then at 10000 mile intervals after that with synthetic. But I just had it changed today at the dealership with only 2300 miles because I was a little paranoid after seeing a few post where people had changed their oil early themselves and there were very small pieces of metal in it.So I figured it can't hurt to change early and continue with regular servicing after that.I took a look underneath and I could see that the skid plate bolts had been loosened there was oily hand prints under there. And my oil on dipstick super clear so I figure they did it.

5000 miles for repeated driving on dirt or dusty roads. Repeated trips of less than 5 miles at cold temperatures. But I am a fan of every 5000 regardless of what the manual says. And changed after first 1000. And I know there are those of the opinion that it's a waste of money. But it's my truck and my money.

Just got my 50" curved light bar and brackets from relentless. Tomorrow going to try and install\wire it.

Anyone have an idea how to run the cable from the lightbar down? I thought about putting it through that little space on the outside windshield but cable won't fit. Eghh

    Anyone else done this?
