Everytime I go to a fast food restaurant I look at everyone and call them fatties or fat assess or whales etc in my head. Then I realize I'm eating the same thing.

    That thing?

Looks like he can slide it over to the middle of the rack and sit it upright so he knows how low to go on a squat

lol jk - We have one at our gym. You slide a barbell in it and it holds it out so you can do t-bar rows without it slipping. You can also do those shoulder/back press things where you hold the bar out in front of you and shift from left to right

Although, I love BK and Wendy's. The only place I won't eat is Arby's. I hate that place (although, their fries are awesome)

You're in the right thread now, man. I read yours and those are all people who are internet badasses and I bet they all have beer guts and can't see their dick without looking in the mirror.

In this thread, we bust balls pretty hard, but nothing ever serious. As long as you like to lift weights, you're welcome in here!

    Thread rules:
    - never, under any circumstances say anything good about CrossFit

EDIT: This thread also might not be the best place to find diet motivation, as most of us eat like shit lol

You can drop the weight easy. Just get on a caloric deficit with good nutrition and workout consistently and that's it! And cardio is optional :)

Also, wanted to throw out the 16 lbs in 30 days thing...seems like a lot to lose in 30 days. I would probably give myself a couple months. Dropping that kind of weight that fast, in my uneducated opinion, means you're probably dropping quite a bit of muscle mass, not just fat.

@rc14, it really is THAT simple. No need for crazy diets, running 20 miles a week, etc. As long as you lift and are in a caloric deficit, it doesn't matter if you eat brown rice or brownies (joke courtesy of Dom Mazzetti)

Exactly. I think I read somewhere that you can only burn around 2 lbs of fat per week, and that's if you're obese. The less fat you have, the less you'll burn per week. Anything over 1-2 lbs is gonna be water and muscle.

All these idiots who go on fasts, juicing diets, etc. are retarded b/c as soon as they drop their 40 lbs in a month, they gain it back as soon as the diet is over. There are no secrets to fat loss. Calories in v. calories out
