I was gonna get those but I couldn't find anything about how they mounted. They all said something about needing/only for a drop bracket so I didn't go that direction.

Reworked frame to remove rust, 2 1/2" flow master exhaust from cab back. 31-10.50-r15
image.jpg Started on my rear bumper, I'm using 3/16" plate to build it. I made a cardboard template before I cut out the face plate. Anyone have any suggestions from experience on these? I'm a decent fabricator but just looking for ideas. Front is next

I've got functional LCA cams, and stock UCAs, and can't even get 1 degree of cater. Driving it isn't bad, but something to consider for sure if you're planning on staying with stock UCAs.

Went to the junkyard again today and was able to find a rear passenger door lock actuator motor!!!:dancingbacon:

But its my drivers door motor that is bad. Will the passenger side work? I only paid $6.00 for it and only got the motor.

Have had water getting into my cab somehow, wet on passenger side, driver side and back seat floor boards wet as well. I resealed all my drain holes and the water is only in the middle of the floors so not coming from the door or windshield.

I wouldn't go so low. Doesn't look good in my opinion. Leave a gap between the reciever

Also your going to have a weak point the license plate deal is. My bumper had a considerable amount of flex there when not attached to the truck. Added a falt piece of steel probably 1/4" thick across the back to sure everything up.

I do wish I would have made mine not so wide on the top. Like having it stick out away from the truck so much. I like how yours is thinner.
Makes a really good step though.

here is some pics of the front one as well for some ideas

The unpainted pics we didn't have it mounted correctly, That's why its tilted down

And all this was made out of an 1/8". Used 3/16" on the one on my 96. 1/8" seemed heavy enough.

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
Put then Receiver in the license plate. Chop off the entire lower section that is below the license plate. Make the bottom on the license plate the bottome of the bumper. Will look much better and not hang so low.

Sweep some angle under it too so it's not straight on the wings to really make it flow.

Hitch behind license plate makes it look more clean. Put shackle mounts that go through the plate and are attached to your frame plates. Leave room to expand like wrap arounds/ tire carrier ect.

And I like something like 2x6 sq tube as it will be lighter stronger and easier.

I have a leak in the passenger right cubbie. The seams tend to leak when they get old.

Why did you replace the timing belt again? You should be good if your replaced it at 100K
