That sucks. I still own my 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I think it was the "luxury" version back then that had some problems - the heated leather interior and what not. I've owned it for over 40k miles and never had any problems with it that I couldn't fix myself. I like to think I maintain my vehicles fairly well though.

Oh, and what's all this talk of Bob not answering about stickers for months or years? I PMed him for the first time and he responded within 8 hours.

@dtaco06 post some pics if you can - would like to see them.

I was able to do almost everything myself. I had to take it to someone to weld the lower control arm brackets back onto the axle after they ripped off. In the last few months of ownership, I had to replace the entire cooling system (even the radiator blew up), the gauge cluster (twice) and the front right caliper (it froze up). I learned about a month after I bought it that it used to be a Lifeguard vehicle for San Diego. About five pounds of sand came out of the rear bumper.

He responded pretty quickly after messaging him, just never actually received the sticker.

    Haha! Thats funny.
I don't like it at all. But maybe that's because I'm partial to the 1st gen body style.
And I'm also not a fan of flat-beds. Lol.

    And that grille...

After dealing with all this shit, I don't plan on going fast anymore..hah. Going 4x4, or sas and getting caged seems like a good idea. Slow rock crawling is much more appealing to me anyway

Same. I love hauling Ass but rock crawling is a lot more fun to me than trying to go fast on whoops
