The 400 is just the locker. It is 1500 for them to regear do all the work. Add 400 for the locker.

I'd say get a second or third shop price.

 

If was 1500 for front and rear differential regear . the locker is 400.

I was going to suggest going through East Coast gear Supply and doing their differential exchange option, but after putting it all in the cart, you'd probably only come out ahead like $150

 

When I regear and do a locker, I'll go ECGS.

And I'll probably pay for the new 3rd member, because oopsies happens.

I mean honestly its not a bad option at all, especially if you like doing stuff yourself. If I ever decide to re-gear I'd go through them as well. I've pulled both diffs before so I feel comfortable doing it.
