I'm looking at tires and I like the STT Pros but I feel like I am getting everything @Rattletrap66 already has. I don't want him mad for copying

I've only got about $1300 in the lift & $2000 in rims & tires. You can always do what I did, get hit & have the insurance company buy you your leaf springs but I don't suggest it. Haha

 

Yeah we decided to wait on the kids and all that and have some adventures and build these lol it's funny because we are by no means that great money wise. Last night we kissed each other good night and I said "Sorry we are broke babe, you should've married a doctor." She responded, "It's all good at least we have nice trucks."

 

I have 150 in rear springs 120 in rear shocks 140 in front shocks. Can't remember the coil price. 425 in spindles and 1300 in rubber and 879 in wheels. 150 in wheel spacers. 100 in my side steps and about 130 in my cb. 350 in my winch and my bumper

 

Don't feel bad we're broke too. Haha

 

I think we all are broke! And I don't have half as much as you do in my truck.

 

So $4k not bad for a damn good lookin truck too

Yeah, all the bills keep us super tight all the time. But somehow we are living happily and still get truck parts sometimes

 

Happiness means a lot.

 

Over budget about 3500 had me scared for a minute hahaha. I got all my stuff from members. Everything but the winch and bumper. All were great deals since they changed their minds and sold it cheaper to get rid of it

 

What's funny is I wouldn't have been able to get my rims & 1st set of tires if it weren't for this old steamer at work that we removed. It happened to be all copper & brass, my wife's uncle & I cashed it in. My half was enough to buy my rims & tires.

I need to find an old steamer lol got a second job to be able to keep saving for parts and the wedding

 

I've just added up how much my truck sits at with the way it sits now, it's a bit depressing haha. $7100 not counting the other tires I bought that are on the pickup :/

 

It does look good timbo, I do gotta say. That garage built us offroad bumper is pretty cool

It worked out good too cause I was cruising around with a 3" lift & factory 265's. Hahaha

That is pretty much why I dont dump money into my truck. Its tempting to load up my amex sometimes, but i dont like debt at all. I figure once my truck is paid off in 3 years. I will dump the same $450 monthly into it in mods, but for now a tonneau, bed mat, weathertecs, rear diff breather mod n recovery gear is all I need in my offroad. Oh but I am looking to add a cb radio soon.

 

At least you won't look like my truck did before I got my 35s on haha
